AI is perhaps a little TOO robust...
Fired up the campaign and found out something interesting, apparently the computer player gets a fancy new weapon unavailable to the human player: Heat-seeking Grenades. Whenever I see the computer switch to using a regular old grenade, I know for certain that one of my worms is going to eat it. Seriously, each game feels like "Wanted" with Angelina Jolie where assassins can move bullets around with their mind after theyve fired them. These grenades will bounce around several times and somehow always nestle next to your worm and, to show it wasnt all an accident, the fuse is usually set to go off exactly as the grenade lands. The only way a mere mortal can hope to defeat the fury of a pentium processor is that the computer player will actually shoot its own worms out of pity. Nothing makes a game less fun than winning out of pity. Seriously, though, Team17 needs to work for NORAD or something because those grenade guidance systems would significantly shorten the US occupation of Afghanistan.
